Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We operate based on transparency and honesty, and our process is pretty simple to understand. We determine what similar houses in good condition are selling for in your area and how much money it will take to get this property to that condition. Once we have that info we use a quick formula to come up with a price that’s fair for everyone.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is one of the biggest benefits we can offer to home sellers, and a big difference between cash buyers and real estate agents.
